JC Fix Service, a neighborhood locksmith and cobbler in Malaysia, faced significant visibility challenges following its relocation to a secluded mall. Obscured from public view, the shop’s average daily footfall plummeted to single digits. Brand outreach via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Google Business Profile yielded limited leads, as customer inquiries revealed a consistent lack of awareness regarding the shop’s specialised service offerings. The client needed a solution to rebuild the customer base, and has identified awareness to be a key business priority.

The goal was to develop and convert a pool of potential customers, particularly from Google where conversion is higher. While increasing visibility was essential, the core strategy focused on maximising the conversion rate from visitor to customer. With the website launch in June 2025, and tactical ad campaigns in the last quarter of 2025, JC Fix Service business gained an increase in revenue, stemming from a now-wider pool of customers who have seen the ads or found the shop while searching keywords on Google.
